FoodLine

FoodLine is a grocery shopping and delivery service. FoodLine is a grocery shopping and delivery service offered by Meals on Wheels to the homebound, elderly and disabled who are unable to shop by themselves. (This service is available only in Bethlehem, Easton, Hellertown and Nazareth.)

How does it work?
It’s easy! Call the Food Line (see number at left) and leave your name and number before 11:30 a.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. When the coordinator calls you back, she’ll take your order. (Please have all of your information available at that time.)

A volunteer will shop for and deliver the groceries directly to your home. Payment is due when the groceries are delivered (cash, check or food stamps—no credit cards please).

What does it cost?
A $3 fee per grocery shopping trip is charged to help defray the administative costs of providing this service.
